or with extended warranty can be brought directly to us .

Customers claiming warranty under the first year need to bring
their purchase receipt (proof of purchase) together with their Canon product .

In the case of printing devices customers are advised to bring
a print sample if experiencing print quality issues. Printing devices are required to have there ink or toner cartridges installed when brought in for service.   How else can we test your equipment!
