old or with extended warranty certificates, must be brought directly to us .

Customers claiming warranty under the first year need to bring
their tax invoice together with their faulty product .

In the case of printing devices customers are advised to bring
a sample if experiencing print quality issues.

Bank statements are not considered to be an exceptable form of
"Proof of Purchase". Customers please note!!!

If their equipment is found to be malfunctioning due to
foreign matter found inside, warranty will be void .

Equipment found to be phisically damaged will also void their warranty.
