On Site Service
Customers without an OPM Copiers maintenance agreement
can request a service on Canon or Kyocera equipment by calling
OPM Copiers on our main telephone line Ph:(02)9807-7933
between 8.30AM-5.30PM. Monday - Friday.
Customers can expect a 4 hour response.
Charges are $99 Callout fee then $44 per
quarter hour + parts
OPM Copiers is equipped with an after hours message service.
Service requests can be placed on our message service
between 5.30 PM to 8.30 AM.
Customers are advised to leave their customer name,
model of equipment, description of fault and a return phone number.
