"On Site" maintenance agreement
Customers with a current "On Site" maintenance agreement
must call OPM Copiers on our main telephone line
Ph:(02)9807-7933 to place a service request.
OPM Copiers is equipped with an after hours message service.
Service requests can be placed on our message service
between 5.30 PM to 8.30 AM.
Customers are advised to leave their customer name,
model of equipment, description of fault and a return phone number.
A service call will be generated the following morning,
and a serviceman will be dispatched within 4 hours.
